Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:
1+ years successfully developing SEO strategies and that have resulted in significant organic traffic growth
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Proficiency in SEO tools and primarily Brightedge & Google Search Console
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Content management experience (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
Be able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business
Experience with agile processes
The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep across a variety of activities at various stages in the agile process
Use analytics to track performance and drive data informed decisions that improve user experience (Adobe analytics experience is advantageous)
