What You’ll Do :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions while proving training and support.
Document solutions, prototype changes, and provide support in troubleshooting issues.
Continuously develop understanding of processes and functionality across the platform.
Support the team by providing Workday dashboards and data to provide organisational insights.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all Workday configurations, role types and processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Workday system changes.


Your Experience :

Certificate-level qualification with relevant work experience or demonstrated skills in a related field with strong business analysis and communication skills.
2+ years of experience configuring HR systems to business requirement with a background in HR systems, processes, and policies.
Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve varied and non-routine issues and experience engaging with internal business managers and external vendors.
