Key Responsibilities :

Develop original designs for website elements, blog graphics, event visuals, and product updates
Create eye-catching and brand-consistent visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Collaborate with content creators and web designers to produce cohesive messaging and visuals
Assist in maintaining and evolving BetaBuilders’ branding style guide and visual identity
Suggest creative visual concepts based on user feedback and digital trends
Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library for internal use
Ensure final designs are visually appealing, aligned with user experience goals, and adaptable across media types (e.g., print, web, mobile)


Requirements :

Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and layout
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Understanding of digital design principles, especially for social media and responsive formats
Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
Self-motivated and deadline-oriented, with good time management skills
