Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial performance and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning.
Evaluate business performance across different sectors within the group.
Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and strategic planning documents.
Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.
Support due diligence and valuation efforts for new investments or acquisitions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Experience in a holding company or multi-sector business environment is an advantage.
