Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols throughout the flight.
Deliver attentive and courteous service to passengers while responding to their needs.
Perform safety demonstrations and assist during boarding, in-flight service, and disembarkation.
Manage and respond effectively to any in-flight issues or medical emergencies.
Maintain cabin cleanliness, monitor equipment, and complete required flight documentation.
Represent the airline’s brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Support team coordination and contribute to a seamless, pleasant travel experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is required; aviation experience is a strong advantage.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued.
Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance under pressure.
Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and international travel.
Must meet global airline standards for physical fitness, height, and safety compliance.
Possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
